I started my own personal challenge today. I am going to try and do a different form of exercise for 24 days. I will reevaluate on the 10th when I finish my challenge. I tend to go hardcore doing some exercise something for awhile and then I get soooo sick of it. Like running for example. So sick of it. SO- for this challenge I am going to try and do something different, everyday, for 24 days! (Don't ask where I got 24 because I don't know)
The first day (today)- I went to spin class. It was the first time I have ever attended a spin class and WHOAAA. I died. I loved it but dannngg it was hard!
Tomorrow I am going to Body Blast. I have no clue what to expect again but should be fun =) Thursday is Kickboxing (my fave).

And then FRIDAY you need to get up at 5 am and come to my ZUMBA class...it would be FREE since its your first time! You know you want to :-)

Miley- I did Body Blast (pretty much all strength work with weights) and I'm gonna be soo sore tomorrow. Wow I'm outta shape lol
