We always have frozen tilapia on hand, so when I came across this recipe I was sold:
All you need is fish.
And this stuff.
Here is the recipe:
4 tilapia filets (I used frozen but fresh would be delish!)
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
3 tablespoons room temperature butter
1 clove of minced garlic
Salt and Pepper
Lemon for garnish
1. Preheat over to 400
2. Pat tilapia dry, place them on a greased baking sheet, salt and pepper to season.
3. Bake the tilapia for 10-12 minutes.
4. While baking the fish combine the parmesan, butter, garlic, and thyme.
5. When the fish are finished baking, spread the cheese mixture on the fish, and place under the broiler for about 2 minutes.
YUM!
looks delicious! ill have to add this to my rotation. :)
